We offer two different seasonal sours each year in cans, kegs and wherever Sockeye is pouring. Our Huggy Bear Dark Sour releases each Fall and our Sour Puss American Sour releases every Spring.
Huggy Bear Dark Sour
Huggy Bear is 100% kettle soured bear using Nancy’s Organic Probiotic Yogurt as the source of the souring bacteria. The resulting brew is refreshingly tart with notes of cherry and other stone fruits.

Sour Puss American Sour
Sour Puss is loaded with fruit and the souring bacteria, Lactobacillus, creating a refreshing, tart and tropical experience. Sweet wort transferred from the mash is allowed to sour in the kettle. The taste experience is tart, light-bodied, and refreshing.
