Velvet Falls Cream Ale

Velvet Falls Cream Ale

This brew is pale straw in color and has sweet malt accents with a hint of creaminess at the finish. It is a smooth, refreshing, drinkable ale and is meant to be served on a nitro tap, where it gives the beer a cascading appearance and allows more apparent flavor and aroma. Christmas Kriek Lambic

Christmas Kriek is a Belgian style lambic, initially fermented in stainless steel with fresh local cherries where brettanomyces and lactobacillus bacteria were introduced. Before aging in oak for 10 months, more fresh cherries were added to the barrels. Finally, this brew was blended back into stainless steel and aged for another month with even more fresh cherries! The result is a slightly tart, funky beer with a refreshing aroma and plentiful cherry flavors.
